1. Examination Timings & Departure Schedule
Please ensure strict adherence to the following school timings during the examination period:
  • Nursery to Grade V: 08:45 AM to 12:00 Noon (Strict dismissal and departure at 12:00 Noon)
  • Grade VI to Grade XII: 07:45 AM to 01:15 PM (Strict dismissal and departure at 01:15 PM)
  • Mandatory Entry Requirement: The physical admit card is strictly mandatory for verification. Students will not be permitted entry into the examination hall without a valid admit card.
2. Materials & Academic Preparation
  • Required Stationery: Parents are requested to ensure their ward is sent to the examination center fully prepared and equipped with all necessary writing materials and appropriate stationery.
  • Preparatory Leaves: To facilitate structured revision, a preparatory leave is scheduled for 12/09/2026 (Saturday). Furthermore, the non-exam dates between 14/09/2026 and 25/09/2026 will serve as preparatory leaves.
3. Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity
  • Zero-Tolerance Policy: Students must strictly maintain academic integrity. Engaging in unfair means, cheating, or copying will result in severe disciplinary action.
  • Prohibited Items: Electronic devices, including mobile phones, smart watches, and digital media players, are strictly prohibited inside the examination premises.
  • Strict Scheduling: Examinations will be conducted strictly on the designated dates. The institution does not offer facilities for re-examinations, alternate dates, or modifications to the exam timeline. Presenting forged or false medical certificates to excuse an absence is strictly forbidden.
